I found the spa facilities to be quite good. I especially appreciate the variety of steam rooms it has. The breakfast was delicious. I loved the bacon, which tasted yummy.
The room I had was small. It needed some redecorating work. The view from my window look to untended stairs.

the staff were polite. the location was pretty decent, i suppose
My room wasn't properly cleaned. there were crumbs on the floor. Dust bunnies haunted every corner. the wifi was spotty, so streaming anything was a joke. it buffered every five seconds, a modern form of torture

i stayed for a few nights and found the staff helpful. the food i had was good and the spa facilities were very modern. the hotel offered ev chargers which was convenient for me.
i was a little disappointed with the payment process. a charge was taken from my card after i paid for the trip. i also had to wait for a refund. the room door broke on my friend sending her flying when she opened it.

the food was perfect. the breakfast had a standard buffet with cooked options. i especially liked the little shot glass smoothies (i had never seen them before!). the spa facilities were fantastic. the himalayan salt room and ice room were highlights for me.
my room was a cosy king room. it felt cramped and the furniture looked tired. the carpet was frayed going into the bathroom. i also found the shower pressure to be poor.

The indoor and outdoor pools provide a relaxing experience. I liked the availability of drink service directly to the poolside. The grounds were clean, bright, and fine. It seemed like I was abroad.
I found the bed to be too firm, which affected my sleep quality. The breakfast on the first day was not great. The potatoes had a greasy taste and they were cold.
